Cleans "thoroughly pre-rinsed/pre-scrubbed dishes", but struggles with anything beyond that. For example, I used this powder on a load of dishes that included a pot I used to boil pasta. I removed the pasta remnants and gave the pot a quick rinse, but didn't scrub around the rim. The pasta pot came out looking exactly the same with the water ring and all. So the product description is not exaggerating when it says you must rinse dishes thoroughly (And possibly scrub them). Also, dishes don't dry as well when using this product. Per the product description, I tried using white vinegar, but had minimal success. Finally, the last time I used this product, it gunked up in the dispenser compartment somehow and hardened, so when I went to put the dishes away, I had a brick of dishwasher powder that I had to chisel away. The dispenser compartment flap was open, so I'm not sure what happened. Overall, this product would probably be fine if you live in a household that diligently rinses dishes immediately after use and is prepared to scrub everything that could be remotely "stubborn" before it enters the dishwasher. Unfortunately, my household is not that household.
