How long will my order take to ship?
Most retail orders leave our store in Rapid City, South Dakota within 1-3 business days. You can choose your shipping speed at checkout. Domestic Standard Shipping takes 2-5 business days to arrive once it leaves our store.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Your order total must reach $50, before taxes and after any discounts or coupons. You must be shipping to a US address. Wholesale / bulk orders do not qualify for free shipping.
The tracking info says my package is delayed?
Please contact USPS. Once the package leaves our store, we have no responsibility over it. We also can't see any more details on the tracking than you can. USPS can assist you with locating the package or processing a refund from them if the package ends up lost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for missing or delayed packages - you must request a full refund from USPS. Please note that USPS First Class shipping is not eligible for refunds due to lost or stolen mail.

REFUNDS / RETURNS
I'm unhappy with my order, can I exchange it or get a refund?
Unless an item was damaged, we do not offer exchanges or returns because of the carbon footprint of additional shipping. We recommend regifting an item to a friend if it turns out to not be your cup of tea. If you are unhappy with your order, please keep in mind that we are a tiny business, and we simply cannot offer refunds for things that aren't our fault.
*Our 'Imperfect Products' that are bought on sale are not refundable.
My order arrived damaged - will you replace it?
Please email us and include pictures of the damaged item(s) so that we can file an insurance claim with USPS. Depending on our current inventory stock, we will either replace the damaged item(s) or refund you once you provide photos of the damage.
An item I want is out of stock - when will it be available?
We're working on it! If you can still view the product page, it will be coming back as soon as possible - sometimes that's a couple days or a couple weeks. Remember that most of our products are made by hand in small batches, so please be patient with us! On the left-hand side of your screen, there's a button you can click that says "Email Me When Available". It does exactly that :) Please utilize this tool instead of emailing us to inquire about a product's availability, we only have so much time in the day, and a full email inbox isn't our favorite way to spend our days!
I ordered several unpackaged items and now I can't tell them apart.
Whelp. The joys of unpackaged items, amirite? If it's soap, sniff it. The scent should help you figure out which is which. If it's shampoo bars, also try smelling them apart. Compare them to the product pictures. If you're still having trouble telling them apart, you can email us a good quality picture and we'll do our best to assist. You can order the items with the packaging to avoid mix-ups in the future.
