Rub bar between wet hands to create a foamy lather, then work that lather into your scalp with your hands. A little lather goes a long way, you do not need to completely cover your hair in bubbles! Do not rub the bar directly onto your hair, as this will likely result in too much product in one spot. Rinse out thoroughly. If you feel residue remaining in your hair afterward, likely caused by hard water reacting with the saponified oils, rinse your hair with a 50/50 water + apple cider vinegar solution. The vinegar smell will evaporate once your hair is completely dry, and the vinegar will also act as a natural conditioner to help soften + de-frizz your hair.
The global hair care industry is worth over 85.5 BILLION dollars and is expected to grow to 102 BILLION dollars by 2024! Common ingredients used in most brand-name liquid shampoos/conditioners you find in big-box stores are sulfates, parabens, and dimethicone. Sulfates strip the scalp of natural oils and are often used in cleaning products and pesticides. Parabens are preservatives that can be linked to health concerns. Dimethicone (silicone) is not biodegradable. These ingredients go down the drain and find their way to our water sources that impact our wildlife and environment. These shampoos are also made up of 80% or more water, meaning it's been diluted so that you'll use more, and buy more frequently. Don't forget it's usually in single-use plastic packaging. That's why switching to natural hair care products in sustainable packaging can prevent harmful ingredients from our waterways, save us money, and reduce plastic pollution. Don't forget the importance to demand that big corporations change their wasteful practices!

I've been trying out new bar shampoos and I think this one is my favorite. I love the smell of tea tree and this one also conditions my hair better than some others I've tried. I find that I don't really need a conditioner with this one.
Doesn't foam up like traditional shampoos but it smells great and my hair is in better shape than it was when I was buying store-bought shampoos
My most favorite shampoo bar!
Okay, not only did this product arrive in the cutest recyclable packaging, but there was a personalized note inside that thanked me for my order 🥺🥺🥺 made my whole day! The product works great, my hair is soft and shiny and I feel amazing knowing I’m not polluting my body with harmful chemicals.
I decided to make the swap to reduce my plastic use and hopefully reap some skin benefits. I’ve been using my aloe and tea tree bar for three weeks now and have been able to work out the best method for my hair. If you’re skeptical, give it a try and do a little research!
